Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy for *defective items only*, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns or exchanges are not accepted for any other reason at this time - we work hard to make sure that our photographs and product descriptions are detailed and accurate, and because of the small size of our team we are not able to process returns and exchanges at this time, unless the product is defective or damaged.
If you are having an issues with your product we would LOVE to help and want to make it right for you as quickly as possible! To start a return, you can contact us at info@beegohandmade.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy, so please let us know right away if we have made a mistake with your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Cotton face masks are not eligible for returns or exchanges (as always, if your product has a defect, we are happy to work with you to correct the problem!)
Refunds
If a partial or complete refund is generated for your order, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
